How Warren rides a stage
- Each stage of around 200 km in blocks of about 50 km.
- Stops only to eat and for toilet breaks, at the follow van.
- Between stages, a necessary sleep block for safety: riding safely in traffic, staying sharp on the descents and reacting fast when something unexpected happens.

Distances, climbing and climbs are calculated from the GPS route (Strava). A climb is a section of at least 1 km with an average of 3% or more and 80 m of climbing; the category follows the Strava formula (length × gradient). The highest point is the official height of the Lukmanier Pass. Details may still change along the way.
